Adds an AWS::RDS::DBInstance.DBInstanceRole resource property to the template. Describes an AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM role that is associated with a DB instance.

DESCRIPTION
Adds an AWS::RDS::DBInstance.DBInstanceRole resource property to the template. Describes an AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM role that is associated with a DB instance.
