SYNOPSIS
Adds an AWS::Events::Rule.SqsParameters resource property to the template. The SqsParameters property type specifies the custom parameter to be used when the target is an Amazon SQS FIFO queue.

DESCRIPTION
Adds an AWS::Events::Rule.SqsParameters resource property to the template. The SqsParameters property type specifies the custom parameter to be used when the target is an Amazon SQS FIFO queue.
