SYNOPSIS
Adds an AWS::AppSync::DataSource.RdsHttpEndpointConfig resource property to the template. Use the RdsHttpEndpointConfig property type to specify RdsHttpEndpoint for an AWS AppSync relational database.

DESCRIPTION
