SYNOPSIS
Adds an AWS::Amplify::App.CustomRule resource property to the template. The CustomRule property type allows you to specify redirects, rewrites, and reverse proxies. Redirects enable a web app to reroute navigation from one URL to another.

DESCRIPTION
